**Orders & Shipping**
We offer FREE U.S. domestic shipping on orders over $100. Please allow an additional 3 business days for order processing before shipping. Shipping estimates (excluding weekends and holidays) are:
- USPS First Class / Priority Mail: 2-8 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days
**Shipping Updates for Domestic Orders**
Due to general slowdowns, please allow 72 hours after fulfillment for tracking information to update properly.
**Order Arrival Times**
Domestic orders: 2-8 business days.
International orders: 1-3 weeks.

**Tracking in Pre-Shipment**
If your tracking shows "pre-shipment," it means USPS has scanned your package but hasn't updated its location. This status typically updates to "out for delivery" within a few days. If your package hasn't arrived in 30 days, contact us for a full refund or reshipment.
**Changing or Canceling Orders**
To change or cancel an order, contact our customer care team promptly. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
**International Shipping**
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs can be calculated at checkout. Free shipping over $100 applies only to domestic orders.
**Returns & Exchanges**
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original packaging, with tags, and no visible wear. Discounted items can only be exchanged, not returned.
**How to Return or Exchange**
1. Email support@duckingnice.com with your order #, email, and phone #.
2. Specify if you want a return or exchange and the product details.
3. If accepted, we’ll provide a return packing slip. Refunds or exchanges take 5-7 business days once received.
**Pre-Delivery Returns**
For items not yet shipped, request a refund via support@duckingnice.com. We will evaluate and respond.
**International Returns**
International returns are accepted, but customers must pay return shipping costs.
